Norm Barrett

President

Norm has been active with Steamtown off and on since it was wooed to Scranton. After retiring he became a full-fledged volunteer at the Park and continues to hold an engineer’s certificate for a continuous 34 years.

Dom Tardogno

Vice President

Dominick​ has been a volunteer at Steamtown for 16 years, and is a qualified locomotive engineer, fireman and conductor.

Mike Rinkunas

Treasurer

Mike started with Steamtown in 2010 and is a regular conductor on both Carbondale & Pocono mainline excursions and is a qualified fireman.  He is currently progressing towards the final stages of achieving his lifelong dream: earning a locomotive engineer’s license.
